    Just got home from the stealership. They called me yesterday and told me my Pro Grille order was in. Drove 45 minutes there and they didn't have it. Said it was on back order but the ETA of the shipment was today. I said so I came here for nothing? I work 3rd shift, got up early, drove 45 minutes to pick up my order that isn't even here yet when you guys said it was!? What a huge waste of my time! What are you going to do for me!? After a lot of uhhhhs and head scratching they offered 10% off of the grille. I asked what the price was and they couldn't even tell me that. I have a $250 coupon as well so I told them due to poor customer service I wasn't happy... at all. Theyre going to give me 20% off on the grille and I walked out of there with a free all weather floor mat package! That's how you service customers! :thumbsup:
