    Have you hit up that gnarly road/trail that goes connects Stalnaker Run rd with the (ex) concrete bridge at lower cheat yet...I can't remember the name of it but I heard they were gonna close it down soon. I was thru there last year and I needed to use 4lo and some careful driving. I reckon it's even rougher and more washed out now. Pretty much in your back yard......

    Prolly the easiest way to find the trail is to drive down to the bridge and instead of crossing turn left and head over the mountain. It'll dump you out on Stalnaker Run road which will in turn lead to 219. Just keep heading downhill. Take pics! I'd tag along but I don't go into town during the forest festival weekend lol
    If we get as much rain as they're calling for you're prolly not gonna make it unless you take an atv or a jet ski lol

    The wife and I went across there from Stuart's park to stalnaker run two weeks ago. Saw numerous deer and a bear. The road is in great shape.

    I'm guessing you came across on the road that connects Clifton run road with the top of stalnaker and not the trail we're talking about lol
