Well it's finally starting to do something in Wilmington. Not bad yet just starting to rain fairly heavy and getting a few good rain gusts

 

Yeah. This one is a slow mover. And extremely wet.

Damn..... Ocean Isle looks like it is build on sand. Is that correct?

 

Are you all getting weather/radar reports? I will keep updating with an image if it helps.

 

Once the BAD winds pass, if I still have power I can do what I need to do and let it run. I just am not messing with it while there are winds that could push the neighbors trees onto me (my pump is where 4 trees COULD land from his yard) Fingers crossed!

So far we have not lost any services yet. I need to go to work in few (less then five minutes away) and turn the server off

 

I have the TV on and the ppl in my hood are all up and posting like mad ppl. The posts you have done are awesome as I keep getting interrupted by FB messenger with neighbors asking about storm stuff.......So I open the weather page, and leave it and forget to look!

 

The plus side.........it appears that NONE of my vehicles parked HERE have had anything land on them.........!

Heaviest rain is right on Charleston right now.

 

Wilmington should have bands of rain hitting right now. Some breaks with wind picking up through the morning.
The amounts of moisture this thing is dumping inland is incredible.

Got very quiet in here......not good.

 

I think the other issue is that it feels like we have been dealing with this for days. I keep having to check the day to make sure I haven't skipped a day. I'm not sure that makes sense? It just does........not...............end.................
