Okay...apologies for the the lack of "build" but its been a great summer full of adventures and new stuff for the truck. Lets start with some trip reports and such.
First of all, i had finally gottin my bed rack built and CVT Mt. Shasta Summit Series on the truck and was super excited to use it all summer.
First trip that i finally got to use the tent on was the trip up to Taylor Park near Crested Butte/Buena Vista, Colorado. That place has so many trails and such an amazing landscape. I will need to run Tincup Pass as i didnt get to but i am going back next year. Hopefully not having to drive 5 hours back home with a torn CV Boot...Now some pics!

Couple things about the above picture. That is a 91 foxbody mustang (my brother in law's) which is lifted 2" on 31's lol. He took it half way up Italian Creek Trail at Taylor with Open/Open diffs...i was impressed. But the other thing is the smoke. That was from the Hayden Pass fire which ruined my plans of running that this past summer, but for sure next summer.

Next, I did some stuff to the truck, which will be explained after the trips reports, then took it up to @3378jakesr5 @BDN @Ag63i2 @alee891 @Jrazzle neck of the woods in northern Colorado. there was so much to see and discover up there. Really looking forward to going up there again this next summer. But i drove up on a Saturday afternoon when i got off work and drive 5 hours to the camp site to meet with jake, jason, kip @Husky Driver , and aaron as stated above. Setup camp for the night and then finally hit the twin system trail ive been wanting to run since i first got my truck...Middle St. Vrain/ Coney Flats with some more members like @chenbro @BDN @CO MTN Steve and a few others that i am forgetting. It was an awesome trip and i finally got to put names to faces. Heres some pics of that awesome adventure. Some of these photos are credit to Jason @Jrazzle

A couple weeks later i drove up there again on a Saturday afternoon and ran T-33A Plane Crash with most of the same guys, which was very fun as well. Also drove all the way back to Pueblo that night...all in one days trip lol. I was exhausted when i got home. More pic credit to Jason lol

After that trip school started a couple weeks later but that didn't stop me from camping, wheeling, etc.
I went on a nice mellow trip down to Medan Pass in Southern Colorado with my brother in law and his little ranger. That was a fun trip...got water in my hub and had to replace it, but it was still fun lol. We camped at Zappata Falls but did not hike to the falls sadly. From there we went through Alamosa and headed north and hit a small trail just east of Bonanza and came back through Salida, Canon City, etc. That was a fun trip to relive the firts couple weeks of school. Form then i only did smaller trips to Hermit Pass and that was pretty much ot for trips as far as wheeling/camping goes.

Next was all the mods to the truck.
First was the bed rack that i made at a local fab shop (friends with owners son). Then came the CVT along with it. Oh and also some 01-0 fender flares, which they are mounted without plastic clips in the fender and they still hang on tight against the body.

The next thing was the grille swap. I converted to the 01-04 form the 98-00. I did not use a new core support. Everything pretty much lined up and the hood fit perfectly. All this was done using @WildLand write-up on the swap.

Next i guess would be finally getting the Trail Gear Rock Sliders that i had sitting the bar for like 6 months lol. They are the Weld-It-Yourself ones and they came out great between me and my buddy who is a welder.

So after that i finally installed he set of 10" smooth body fox 2.0 rear shocks and wheelers superbumps. I plan on welding in a new crossmember and lower mounts to relocate the shocks and do a u-bolt flip. They fill veyr nice and i get more travel than i did with the OME nitrochagers as expected.

Next was probably the most exciting thing that had happened to me. I found a CBI Outback 1.0 swingout bumper on my local classifieds (Craigslist). I swooped it up in a hurry before anyone else could and i am so glad i did get it! The plan for the winter is to box the frame and reinforce the outside face of the frame. Should help with prolonging frame life and just helping support the extra weight of the bumper.

Lastly, I am installing some Hella 4000 Euro Pattern lights that i got from a local member! Super excited to have some "distance" lighting...
