We still have power out here for the moment in Orange Park/Middleburg.

Did you get any propane so you can cook?

I'm by UNF, and it's flickering wvery once in awhile.
Drinking beer. Trying not to snack so much. Who knows what it will be like in the aftermath? Gotta ration the food just in case.

I whipped out the camping stove, grill, and have several of the small propane tanks.

We cooked a lot yesterday, and have a camp stove at the ready in case we need to cook some food. I'm glad we didn't stock the fridge or freezer this past couple weeks.

You guys high enough up to clear the storm surge?

We are not in an evac zone. The closest one ends by Hodges, about 2 miles east of me.

That's good, at least you're in a good area. Our lights have started to flicker a bit, so I'm guessing in the next hour or so the power will be out.

We also have had flickering. Not much intensity though. Seems like a generic afternoon shower to me. Slightly more windy.

I am on the corner of beach and hodges Blvd.
Power is out around this area in different spots. Thank goodness it hasn't gone out here at my mother in laws. I have a lot of friends around Jax who said they don't have power. JEA has mentioned at earliest they won't have it back up till Sunday around noon.

How's everyone doing? Well, I hope.

We were pretty lucky. Never lost power. Just a few flickers. The back fence has fallen. No big deal. I just need to replace the posts as the panels look to be intact.

We're close to each other. I'm about a mile north of UNF, off of Kernan.

My sister lives off of San Pablo, between Beach & Atlantic. She lost power at around 3:00 pm. Good thing the storm pushed to the east. She is in Zone C, and was expecting a lot of flooding.

Just a few flickers here at the moment. Nothing major otherwise. Hopefully power gets restored to the affected area's sooner rather than later.

Hey guys, glad to hear everyone is safe! Our power is flickering here at St johns bluff and atlantic. Some of our fence is down but everything else is good. You guys stay safe! Drink the beer, then the water!

Power came back on early AM
Just cleaned out the fridge. Looks brand new again haha guess time to buy more food.
Looks like several of you guys live in the same area as me. (4ish mile radius of UNF). And I was the only unlucky Son of a gun to loose power haha.

All the restaurants are packed over here and cars were lining up earlier to cross the bridge to go over the intercoastal on beach.

Thinking about driving around and offering to move trees out of people's yards for a small fee and make some money off the winch I never get to put to use. :)
