New Tacoma, new member

I owned a highly modified 2010 Volvo C30 and a 2014 Audi A6. Planning on a move to the coast in the next year, so I made the switch in my garage now. Proud owner of a 2017 Tacoma Limited 4x4 double cab. Love it! Never thought I'd buy a Toyota, but this truck is really nice! Had a tri-fold tonneau cover installed when I bought it, and had a hard wire kit installed for my radar detector. Getting the front windows tinted next week, that's probably it. Looking forward to learning more about these awesome trucks!

Welcome! I am new too. I came from the Audi world as well...traded my modified A4 for the Tacoma. Loving it so far....only thing I miss is that soft soft, Audi leather...lol.

Yes, Audi interiors are among the best! But I was amazed at how nice the leather interior on this truck is. Only gizmo that the Audi had that's missing on the Tacoma is rain sensing wipers and ability to open and close the windows with the remote (or maybe there's a way to change that like I did on my Audi???).

 

I am a new member as well. Just bought my new Tacoma TRD Pro last week! I do have to agree with you, I had the auto sensing wipers in my 2006 BMW 330Xi, I miss those. But... I do not miss the repairs. I got the C Quartz coating put on yesterday as well as something on the window (not rain x), did not use my wipers today at all.



Now, to fix up minor things on the Jeep to sell it and bring the payment down on the Tacoma.
