I have 17x9 265/70/17 with -12 offset and they rubbbb. I have the bilstein 6112's 4th notch in front and it still rubs.

Where are you rubbing and how much of a lift do you have. Is the rub off road or street? tis

Had to take the front mud guards off and trim some plastic, now its mainly on the cab mount at 80% turn of the wheel. On the street unless i am on completely even ground then it doesn't rub. The lift is probably a wee bit over 2", maybe 2.5" but i did not measure before and after.

I was told I need 17x8 instead and maybe 0 or -6 offset with at least 4.5 backspace. That seems to be the best combo for the 16' Tacoma's

I want your wheels. Those look perfect on the white body.

Tks for the reply, I guess I will have to do a CMC because I love the wheels that I bought. A shop here charges $120 a side. I could do the chop myself but do not have the means to weld it.

The best price I found was through Olathe Toyota website which was $745 shipped. I got my local dealer to match that price out the door. I actually paid my dealer $752, close enough.

No lift, no mudguards, no rub on the offroad, tires are Nitto Terra Grapplers in 265/70/17.
