updated pics just with the tire carrier installed and set.

Quick test run. I bought camo face paint that i use with my ghillie suit Halloween night to jump out and scare the kids that come up to my house.

    Let me explain this:
    1. My face was sweaty as i was outside before hand, so it won't be so glossy. 2. This is a quick test run, so i will blend the colors alot better, do my lips and eyes better, and do my neck and ears as well. 3. I'm going to work on where and how i have the colors. I watched a video of a sniper instructor saying to apply darker colors to the prominent features of the face (chin mouth, nose, cheek bone), and apply lighter colors to to deeper features (eyes, cheeks, ears, neck). I'm going to shave my head and trim my facial hair shoter too so it's easier to hide. And no, I'm not shaving, so don't suggest that. Aight, heres the pics.

I thought you were going to go into an explanation of why you are jumping out and scaring kids, but nope.., jumped right to the approval of the paint set up,

Scare those kids my friend! Regardless of reason!

Dude. Looks nice, just don't get shot. I'll be packing clown protection, probably won't be the only one.

I'll probably just scare some older kids then just hand out candy after that. I'm going to park my truck up against the tree next to my driveway like a crash and rig up a dummy hanging out of the window.

nah, I'm staying on my property so i think it'll be ok.

Remember, there are no straight lines in nature. I would also shy away from black and use brown. Lighter colors work better than you think. Look at multicam or atacs vs the old woodland camo patterns and you'll see what I mean.

Yeah. I understand that. And that was brown, not black, it's just a darker brown. I also learned that a thin layer of sun block or baby powder help them apply better and hold on better.

Thank you sir. Looking forward to adding Utah to the list of places I've lived with Okinawa, Alaska, Texas, and of course Tennessee.

ok, for the people who are more experienced welding than me

Heres what im looking at to refresh my skills and practicing some vertical welds tomorrow:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGczSAb57Ps

as for overhead horizontal, (on these cab mount brackets) should I do more than 1 pass on it? Should I do more than 1 pass on the verticals?

I am plannin on welding BOTH SIDES of the verticals and on the underneath side of the horizontal (cant get to the top of the horizontal due to cab and no room obviously).

    Let me know your thoughts.

EDIT: do I need to change wirespeed or anything for vert or horiz? I think you were tellin me I didnt need to Levi, but I cant remember
