I'll be installing kings, leaf springs, rear bumps, u bolt flip kit and extended brake lines tomorrow so I figure might as well do the fronts while I'm at it

I got some secret stuff in the works for Ocotillo right now. I'm getting way too excited!!!

When is this mod day? I got a few things to work out on the truck.

Nah, not my style with the wrap around. I intend to do glass bed sides so I'd have to reshape any rear bumpers with wrap around sections.... Or cut the glass I suppose.

 

Just to make sure, these ones, right?

 

What do guys use to remove the front stock bumpstops?

 

Channel locks, they are hexagon shaped, so if you have a socket or adjustable cresant wrench they will work as well

 

A big a$$ crescent wrench! Swapped Brian's today. Large chanel locks worked perfectly.

If I find out which one my buddies used I'll let you know. I'd like to flash my rear dust light too.

 

Sounds good. I'd like to have more control over my lights, and some of the options you described woukd be pretty sweet.

 

I used something like that. Recently upgraded to a bar though that flashes already. Much better

I guess all the ones that look really awesome are already built into the bar. It seems the module are good for smaller lights like pods.

 

Since each of the pods in my light bar are individual, I can probably manipulate the existing wiring harness so they are all wired individually and connect each one to a controller. I just need to find a controller that can handle the 8 individual lights. Not sure if I want to integrate future lights into the controller, such as ditch lights, rear dust lights, and other. If so, I'll need a controller that can handle 12+ lights
