What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Indeed, but then you have to get clear lenses, tune them. And if you don't already have the wiring harness, bulbs, ballasts, butyl it all adds up quick!

 

Added some LED auxiliary reverse lamps. I had these for my 2013 but I was never able to get them installed prior to the accident.

I mounted them using existing bolts from the bumper and tapped into my trailer harness via Posi-Tap connectors for a signal and grounded using a nut/bolt/washer on an existing hole in the bumper. They are nice and bright, but do not interfere with the camera.

 

Didn't make it to Overland Expo but still got to do some wheeling today

 

Figured out what the square cup holder is for... burritos!

I sold my SR grill and bezel for $200 plus shipping

 

California does it so they can charge you an extra $50 bucks that supposedly goes towards road improvements because of the increased weight of our trucks. I'm not holding my breath. Bonus is that you do get to park in commercial loading and yellow zones without to much hassle!

 

SR and SR5 don't come with over fenders which I prefer. Makes 265 tires look beefier.

Primer, paint, clear $50 or so for the way i'm doing it.
Already have 60 watt LED bulbs which i'm currently running and am very happy with. No harness modification needed, ballast and fan built into the bulb. Like I said before, a little homework goes a long way.
