    Curious, not a big deal at all, but the bottom tray is on time for delivery (today) but the newer - top tray - got held up (I'm Prime). Are you guys backed up on those? If so, congrats!

    I ordered Friday for Sunday - I live in LA - and USPS delivers Sunday here for whatever reason. Bottom tray delivered today, top stuck in shipment somewhere for later in the week. But, all good. I'm in no rush :) I just bet they're selling these things like hot cakes.

    purchased the lower a few months ago and it is a great add! just stumbled on this post and ordered the upper, should arrive today. do not know how they do it, but same day delivery is magic!

    It just delivered! Looks great was not expecting the rubber pads, nice touch!
    The pads are adhesive backed but I have not attached in the image.

    If it was prime shipping then it probably shipped from Amazon directly. If a prime item doesn't arrive by the guaranteed delivery date, you can usually contact Amazon customer service and they will extend your Prime membership by a month or offer you a gift card or something.

    In regards to the organizer, I have the lower organizer already and this one will definitely be on my list of items to buy!

    Plenty are in the pipeline at Amazon. Everything goes to one central warehouse and then Amazon distributes to their other warehouses around the country for faster delivery. So everything is coming from Illinois until things get redistributed. The hurricane over the weekend has also caused delays on the east coast. One other piece of fine print that has hung me up in the past when I order is that Prime is 2 day shipping. It may take a day or two to actually get shipped making it 3-5 days to be delivered.

    A handful of cities that Amazon has warehouse in are lucky enough to have same day delivery. I was surprised there is no upcharge for Prime members. Impulse buying at its best!

    Just received mine. Quality seems very nice. Wish the tray liners were more of a silicone and could be removable instead of sticky taped down. Just would be a bit easier for cleaning. That would probably raise cost and these are fine. I'm happy with the tray! Thanks
