I recently sold my 2007 Tacoma TRD OR after putting down a deposit for the new truck on July 30th 2016.

This past Saturday, on October 1st, I got the call from my salesguy saying the truck had arrived:

I was there within the hour to sign the papers. Here's the first time I saw it, getting cleaned up:

Had 10 miles on the clock at delivery, but forgot to take a picture of that:

Took it home and started installing all the small items I had gathered, waiting for delivery.

    Bed mat:

    Front rail and bike mount:

    Overland Bound badge:

    Letter overlays:

TRD valve stem caps :) :

    Pelfreybilt gas tank skid:

I have the full set of Pelfreybilt aluminum skids that I removed from my 07 but will wait a bit to install the rest.

Is there not a knob you can screw onto the Relentless Fab hi lift mounts, instead of wing nuts? Thought I've seen them somewhere on here but cannot remember where or if i am mixing things up. Anyways, reason I am asking is that I've sliced my hand open a few times on wing nuts while scuba diving and taking my backplate off a tank at the end of the day. I tend to avoid them like the plague, these days, nothing like bleeding all over yourself/boat/gear, to turn you off from using an item.

Anyways, love the truck and colour, I was debating on the pro myself last year, then figured it wasn't the truck for me. Looks great!! keep up the mods and posts.

Thanks! And I totally agree, a knob would be much nicer. I'll do some research and report back if I find something.

I measured the wing nut that comes with the Relentless mounts. They are 1/2-13. I did some searching on Amazon and ordered: Hi-Lift VERS-LK Versatile Locking Knob https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00PS69DYA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_Y9N-xb2T17KJ7

Should work. I'll report back tomorrow.

Hi Bud, just out of curiosity, I am expecting my TRD pro to come in the new week or so. By any chance do you know if the stock lift will take on any bigger tires without rub.

There are a few guys out there with brand new Pros who have fit 285's with "no rubbing". I imagine there would be at least a little bit with max flex or in reverse, etc.

I do plan to run one size bigger BFG AT2 265/75/16 fairly soon. I don't expect any rubbing whatsoever.

Dude yes! Really liking the subtle mods youre doing right now, I know youre prolly broke but I bet a pelfreybilt from bumper would look so dope!

I saw it said oem bed lights on your list of installed. Do these come with bed lights?

Been thinking of wrapping my 2nd gen in this color or battle ship like @ChandlerDOOM

Ha yeah it's hard to justify the bigger mods at the moment but they'll come soon enough.

I'm a big fan of pelfreybilt (had their sliders on my 07 and full set of skids that I have waiting to install on this new truck), but I may just do their hidden winch mount on this truck.

Regarding the OEM lights, I added them as an option from my dealer. They were installed at port. Not a cheap option but you can actually find the exact same ones on eBay for much cheaper: http://www.ebay.com/itm/TOYOTA-TACO...ash=item4d4f7f3ea2:g:Av4AAOSwKtlWlbA4&vxp=mtr

    Here's what they look like:
