The over head and vertical should be close to the same settings. You may need to make a minor adjustment but it should be really close. As for multiple passes depends on your bead size. If you are welding the whole Bracket I think 3/16 bead should be plenty with a 70s series wire.

A good friend is into drone racing big time. As an ex racer (dirt bikes) I was always one of those who felt like throat punching people who showed up to see crashes. Too many good riders/drivers get hurt. Then I watched my first drone race! Just money getting torn up then. And you know what you're getting into when you do that.

For a few minutes yesterday, I got to watch an RC boat club racing on a lake I used to fish regularly. I had to leave before I ended up owning one! :D

That bitch is a very tight fit. I put the impact to all the bolts real good, so HOPEFULLY it will stay where it's supposed too...
@Skootter14 I couldn't get even a fingers width between the bumper and the tail light. I'll pray I don't have the flexing issue you had with it!
    IMG_5974.jpg

I didn't waste any time getting it dirty. Took my nephew out on the res to check the game cameras.
    IMG_5979.jpg

The Factory bumper weighted in at 35lbs, so with the 80lb difference it only dropped the back 1/16". I think the Sumo springs are doing their job.

They're some inexpensive Kawell floods I got off Amazon. They work pretty good, but if I smash 'em on a trail they're only like $35. I am heavily debating whether to buy another set of the 40W Defused pod off the Iggy light group buy. They'd work better, but cost more. The GB closes tomorrow, so I gotta hurry up and make up my mind!

whatever you did to touch it up looks great! If you took the impact to it, I see there being far less of a problem. I didnt do it til the very end and once I did, it didn't move. And AOP will have the final say haha

A pressure washer, a wire brush, some sandpaper, a little elbow grease, and some flat black spray paint will do wonders!

It ain't perfect, but from a distance you can't tell. And yeah I think the AOP will be a good test. It will probably leave some new marks, so I better stock up on the spray paint... :fingerscrossed:

    Super :jellydance:

Dometic is the same company that makes ARBs fridge right? Better investment than a $300 Yeti.
