You just need a new washer and nut Stormy, I have like 8 extra washers that size which are a PITA to find. The nut you can get at ACE it will be a M14 or M16 fine thread I think maybe even M17

 

Is there anyone here that knows nuts better than The Fluffer? I think not

 

I bought some new plated ones from DSM already! Those were here a few weeks ago

 

Would a stover nut with the same thread pattern be used to prevent it from coming off again? Or should those not be used here?? (just an idea)

 

I have no idea. I'll prob red loctite it just for extra safety

 

Yea, the nylock “lock” nuts are worthless once they heat up so a lot of people use stovers. Just not sure they would be good for this application.

 

We didn't know invite anyone. I had a thought to play Wii outside. Set everything up. Neighbors just showed up and started playing.

I really liked the new Ghostbusters movie. I thought they did a good job with it and the cameos was awesome.

I posted about it right after I watched it. I wanted to hate it, really did, but ended up laughing a lot and thought it was done really well for being a remake. It was worth watching once.

You could use a stover, but that might damage the threads, could also use a castle and drill a hole in the bolt for the cotter pin

 

My bumper has arrived in Phx. Just need to go pick it up.
