A little bit better picture of the before and after with the Tuff Country 4" front & 2" rear with 33" tires.

No I have not. I don't think this is the thread for this discussion either. You will most likely get a better response if you post this elsewhere. I'd try that.

@captain.cardinal1 and @Toynado — Bumpers look killer!! I’m thinking of getting the same front bumper, but I only have 265 70 17 (31.6”) tires... do you think the smaller tires would look strange?

Picked up and hauled just over a cord of firewood over the weekend (felled the tree last winter). Got 15.8 MPGs on the hour long drive home.

Same issue with the weathertech's. The driver side is nice and tight, but the passenger side moves a bit.

Toyota Care only covers the oil changes at 10k & 20k ... here is a pic of the paperwork that came with my truck new. I have the 2.7 and full synthetic oil. All they did at my 5k was rotate tires, check fluids and inspection

Wow. My dealership is full service and is doing the oil changes too. Are any other dealerships in your area offering anything different?

I don't disagree with you, but since this thread is the one I read the most, I thought I post it here and see if there were any responses before posting a "new topic". I would say that this thread does cover a very large range of topics, that don't fall under the "What have you done to your third gen today". To me it was worth a shot getting a response.

No, I think it'll look good. I saw a truck with 265's and a CBI bumper a week ago and looked good. The design of the Pelfrebilt bumper is superior. Unlike others I've seen it actually covers the cut rather than sitting below it (which could suck if your cut isn't perfect) and the way it mounts is simple and very stout. Do it!

I checked 3 Toyota dealerships in central Ohio and all told me same thing, with the 2TR-FE 2.7 4-cyl that the ToyotaCare covers oil/filter change at 10k & 20k .... i could have paid them to change it at 5k but i did it myself, i wasn't waiting till 10k even though with the full synthetic it may have been ok

I had the same alarms on mine . It was from leaving a blue tooth sender on the truck plugged into the OBDII port for using Torque app with my phone. When I left in plugged in and shut the truck off , went into a store and came out , restarted and drove , after a couple miles the alarms came on . I Stopped turned it off , unplugged the reader and restarted it . The alarms went away . the dealer found no problem and it never happened again . i have not used the bluetooth reader again either .

10 months 7400 miles. Regarding the oil change Toyota will give you 2 free oil changes during the 1st 24 months. You can get it done every 5000 miles but after 2 changes you have to pay for it. I am going to put roughly 9000 on mine each of the 1st 2 years (before I retire) so that will be my interval for oil. After the free 2 changes I will go 7500 on full synthetic myself. Fords are 7500 intervals too. They use synthetic blend and it was always very clean at those intervals. Not sure how the chemical breakdown was but always looked good. I figure as long as we follow the Toyota manual then we have a full warranty on the engine. If it fails then Toyota will have to replace the engine.
