It was much harder then I thought! Took for ever to bake. Each light I had to reheat around 15-20times. 20161009_125835.jpg 20161009_133903.jpg 20161009_125839.jpg

I put a cheapo elm Bluetooth reader knockoff in an old jeep of mine and the next day, the ecu was fried. Scared me away from those Bluetooth readers for good.
    Well, the knockoffs anyway....

Wired to the grayish/white wire on the trailer harness, it's the wire running to the center pin.

Here's some pictures of the mounts. I apologize that the ground shot is low res, I couldn't seem to get it to focus with my camera so I had to use my phone.

As you can see, it uses the OEM bolt for that bracket which is closest to the front of the car.

Thanks for the info! I want a front plate bumper, but I don't want my 265 70 17s to look too small with that much larger than stock front opening. Know what I'm sayin'?
Good to know about Pelfrey's bumper actually covering the cut!! (I already have their IFS and gas tank skids, so I'd definitely go with their bumper(s) too.)
    Thanks again.

I went with some really loud orange seat covers. Really Hyped on the fit. Seat Covers Unlimited, Had to add a bit of upstate taste to the Taco.

Completely understand! You might ask Satin if they have a picture of a truck with their bumper and 265's. Might not have a gen 3 yet but I'd say it's highly likely someone with a gen 2 does. Looking forward to seeing your pics after the instal!

Picked up the TRD PRO grille on Friday before work, and installed after work at the beach with a cold beverage. The grille and the skid plate together make a big difference in appearance. It goes from a chrome "new car" look to an aggressive truck look. Here is the stock, with skid plate, and with skid plate an grille shots.

I put on my front plasticolor cheap mudflaps. I would do the rears but i have not yet searched for a vendor that will send the plasticolor 4wd printed flaps to Hawaii. I may end up asking a family member to ship it to me from the mainland.

I'm thinking a modest lift 1" or so and some new tires and I'll be happy for a while. I have been thinking bronze TRD rims might look good, but am probably just gonna keep the stock rims (and keep the wife in the process).

I already did 17 inch rims and tires and now thinking about going up to 18 or 20 inch wheels. Fortunately, or unfortunately, I pay all the bills and take care of all the cars so the wife can't say anything about my spending. I can always stop the argument by reminding her that I did put 40% down on her new car. I just hate paying the price of the new wheels that are in the $1200 range plus gotta buy more expensive tires. But you only live once. My reasoning is that since I don't drink any more I am actually saving money LOL.
