Alright guys, salesman just texted me and said "I was just told it will be on the Feb/Mar build" this sounds absolutely nothing like what I've been hearing here.

As in your truck will be built February/March? They are limited and based on allocation so this makes sense.

Just seems odd when there are ones sitting on dealers lots unsold, and you've got a guy over here screaming "take my money" that the dealer, or Toyota, or whoever wouldn't say, hey lets get that guy what he wants.

I called Toyota Customer Service, not to get the dealer in trouble, but more to just see if they're shooting me straight. I didn't even tell which dealership it is.

Well these aren't your typical Toyota car/truck that dealers can reallocate to their dealer for you. Each dealer is allocated a certain amount based on volume/previous sales. Right now your seeing the higher volume dealers with bigger allocations getting their first ones.

it can definitely be confusing. i ordered a MT Pro from a top high volume dealer in DFW, because they did MSRP and were easy to negotiate with... and they called me back, lol. they put up their AT allocations for the MT (3 dealers have told me that a MT special order require putting up 3 AT allocations to get the MT in) and then the dealer and i expected they would get the first wave of MT's to DFW. but, as it turned out, 3 MT Pros were sent to smaller DFW dealers and the big dealer i'm dealing with was skipped over. the salesman has no explanation. this is probably just for the MTs... i know other big dealers that have received AT Pros in DFW of course.
