I've been told I have to be wonder woman... All the bartenders at my work are doing a theme of superheros or villains I guess.

Finally able to get into HIIT pre workout training without killing my shoulder. Got 2 min HIIT 1 min LISS for intervals tonight and get great. Then hit chest prettty decently. Not all I had but I did try the incline station tonight and one of the more seasoned guys gave me a point that I really really felt through my whole chest. Basically keeping my grip open, drive up through my elbows invisioning touching the insides of my elbows together slow down and explode up. Did 5 sets of 12 with maybe 45lbs on each arm (independent arm ) before I felt like that was enough for one night.

Also got a new pr post injury. 45lb dumbbells for 7 on flat bench. Felt great almost easy until 6 and 7 was pushing it. But I had just done 5x12 on 25,30,35,40 so it worked out well. Then of course decline bench with dumbells for 5x12 @30#

Consistent bad form does not beat sporadic correct-form training..ever

    Going parallel isn't bad form...
I don't know if it was because I started working out 6-7 days a week at 16.5 years old or just the love of pumping iron. But next month will be my 22 years of going at it consistently. I was getting day passes in any town I traveled even internationally. Having a 15 month old child hasn't slowed anything either:benchpress:. I enjoy reading this thread! Working out in general is an individual sport...so that's my story:muscleflexing: like the great hulk Hogan was said, "eat your vitamins and say your prayers brother ".

Not saying you have bad form or parallel is bad. I usually go parallel or slightly lower. Just commenting on your last statement. I go to the gym 5-6 days a week, only been at it for a little over 5 years though. I'll take a week off every now and again to "deload" though

I agree! After 8-10 weeks it's good to have a week off. (My last comment wasn't clear :anonymous:)

Pork is a good alternative (bacon doesn't count). It's pretty low in fat. Use that crock pot for chalupas! Throw that shit in a tortilla, or on lettuce. I'll get you the recipe, it's fuckin amazing.

You talkin height/weight and max on the big 3?

    I'm 6'1 175ish
    I haven't maxed in 3 months but last time I maxed (when I weighed 167) I got
    Bench: 225
DL: 315 (I struggle with leaving the floor)
    Squat: 275

But I've since fucked up my hip and I'm still not 100% on what I did so now my leg days consist of mainly leg press, leg extension/curls, lunges, and strengthening the muscles surrounding my hip. I'm sure my squat max is around 225 right now but I think I could DL atleast the same.

Maxes this time last year were:
    Bench 355
    Squat 425
    Deadlift 505.

I'll probably max again soon since I have no idea what they are now. Bench is probably the same if not a little better. Squats mid-high 400s and deads probably the same.

    Did that last year.

I'm at about 2500 cals right now. Haven't been counting my macros lately. Which is probably why my weight gain has stalled a little.

5'8" 155 lbs, looking to get to 175.

Edit: haven't maxed since I've been cutting, but last bulk my numbers were

    Bench 315
    Squat 335 :(
    DL 405

Squat and DL have both probably gone way down since I couldn't do much when I hurt my ass a while back.

I've been eating around 2900-3000 cals a day and not really gaining weight.
