I guess you can say what you want, I am a legit fan boy here although I think my truck fits my needs and I can argue like most why I bought it over other manufacturers. I think from what I have read that Zach did contribute some decent conversation in regards to the OP. As for most of us in this thread, it seems we deterred from the topic to a good extent. Just my 2 cents.

No prob man, I mean lets be honest arnt the majority of us fan boys at this point. Who would spend a good amount of time on a dedicated taco forum and not be some sort of fan boy? Im sure most of us are pretty knowledgeable about this truck compared to the average joe who probably knows nothing about it. Just curious where the line of fan and fanboy cross?

Nah the term is thrown around, some people just take it too serious, I just used it in that scenario as there are a few members who truly believe that only a few have had an issue and then minimalize it here which really irritates me and then get really defensive when proven wrong, but that's neither here nor there.

Exactly, but everyone forgets that in the 80s and 90s the big 3 were letting foreign cat companies build there cars for them like the Dodge colt, and everyone forgets the Chrysler conquest which was Mitsubishi and the Pontiac vibe was a basically a toyota , when I worked at Warren toyota that's all we serviced was the Pontiac vibe , this has been going on after the late 70s I just laugh when people talk shit about me owning a toyota , "I just tell them hate me for who I am not what I drive " and everyone forgets the Dodge Caravan and Volkswagen minivan are built in the same plant , Detroit mi mack/ Jefferson assembly I was amazed to see them coming off the line side by side lmao !!!
