Installed the Mobtown Tailgate Skin with the upgraded Hardware Kit. Also reinstalled the Factory skin. Drilled out two 11/-16's holes to accommodate the rubber bump stops. Closes like New. Awesome product and stiffens up the tailgate. Kudos to @Crom for suggesting the Astro Nut/Thread Setting Tool. It worked Perfect.

More details on the Astro Nut/Thread Setting Tool please. When I installed my POP N Lock I did not like how poorly the screws held when reinstalled. I assume that this solution is designed to correct that defect? Is there a thread?

Any reason you guys are choosing to drill holes in the panel instead of shaving 1/8" of rubber off of the tailgate stops with a razor blade?

Not sure if there's a thread or not, but the Astro part # is 1442. Purchased it through Amazon. You pre-drill the size hole you need to fit the rivet-nut your using and this tool pulls it in place. It took about 10 minutes to pull 15 rivets after the holes were drilled and re-painted. Thanks.

Anyone have problems with the center console latch popping off and flying into your French fries?
Pressed the button to open the console to get a napkin and the whole latch went airborne straight into my fries.
Didn't see nor find a spring which is weird....so now my center console stays open.
    Idk what to do
