Decided to write things out so maybe we get a little more motivated. Finished the list and got so tired and overwhelmed that I needed to sit down and drink a beer....I'll start tomorrow.

 

Creating a blog for the big move to Hawaii. Figured it would be a cool way to document this huge change in life. Think it would be great for the kids to see one day too. Should be full of laughs, "oh shit" moments, drinking, me pissed off, etc.

Pretty sure I'm headed to Havasupai Point tomorrow. Want to check the place out. Ranger I talked to today said SE1 and SE2 are both empty for he next 10 days, and that it hasn't rained yet this month up there, so should be a good time.

She awoke this AM at 8am and asked where our daughter was so she could wish her a happy birthday (29). I grabbed my daughter as she was leaving for work and said "your mother is here and wants to talk to you". It was about 7 minutes of clarity, 7 minutes of Alison and Kyle hugging, talking, and crying together. We have not seen Alison that alert since we left Moab. That woman of mine knows how to make a Birthday statement!

Its been all downhill from there. There is another miracle that happened, but can be saved for a private time... Maybe while I hit up the morphine at camp!

Whatever you got, give it to us that my wife finds her way to peace and no pain as soon as possible. We are in a facility doing just that, with the woman I've loved for 31 years, who cannot recognize me.
