    I use all purpose cleaner. Then will use Adam's In and Out spray for a dressing. I don't like the idea of spraying water in there. :eek:

    DA= dual action polisher. Porter Cable 7424, Rupes Bigfoot, Griots, etc.

    ITs an option. I've done it. You still need a lube for it. How bad are these water spots?
    Try some white vinegar first though.

    Hello Everyone.

    I hope I'm posting this in the right place.
    I just installed a bakflip VP tonneau cover and I'm looking for recomedatiins of care products for vynil.
    Just in case. For those not familiar with that specific cover.. is aluminum in the bottom and vynil on the top.
    I live in California.. summer can hit around 110 pretty often. And I don't want the cover to fry sooner than it has to.

    I placed my order the other day. Will review the Adams polishes products here.

    Going to try them on my truck when i pull it apart to do my pre winter detail.

    Need to wash the truck, spray the engine bay off, wash the bed, spray the frame and underbody off, pull the wheels and tires, wax the wheels, and fluid film the frame. Then detail the interior.

    Don't get me wrong Adams has great stuff and I have used their products I Just have had great results with there stuff. The Chemical Guys White Wax,Jet Seal,Maxcoat,V7,VRP and Extreme Slick is some phenomenal stuff.

    I just did my Truck with 2 coats Jet Seal with 2 coats white wax and go over it with V7 once a week....

    I'm not sure how you will keep wax off the black plastic with out tape as most wax will leave a residue.....I try to be as careful as I can but it never fails i get it on there that's why I am going to paint my black fender flares to match the truck...
