Tonight full intervals of HIIT before training. Biceps and quads followed. Trying some new stuff over the next few weeks to see how it goes. So far it's been working well I think. In the Instagram pic I'm starting to really see some developments in then arms since returning to lifting. But holy fuck my face has gotten fat.

Legs this morning. I've got a weird pain in my hip on the front of my body like right where my torso joins my leg...I'm pretty sure it's from not stretching enough Sunday when I did front squats....that kinda kept me from getting too wild today.

    Romanian deadlifts: 4 sets
    squats: 3 sets
    seated leg curls: 4 sets
    quad-focused leg press: 3 sets
seated leg extensions: dropsets to failure

Wife needed to leave earlier than normal, so I didn't get to do calves

Also, I had my chicken pot roast yesterday and it was pretty good. I'm gonna go with what someone (can't remember who) said yesterday and switch to pork. I'm so over chicken.

    EDIT:

^^^it was you. Def gonna switch to pork

Okay, so I know we've talked about this before, but what do yall who wear dress pants for work do about the fit above the knees? It's starting to get unbearable for me. I wear a 34x32, but it's like I'm wearing fucking yoga pants from the knees up. You can seriously see the outline of my dick because they're so tight from my ass and leg muscles. They still fit perfect in the waist, but they're soooo tight around my junk and quads. I'm thinking about going up to a 36x32 to see if I get more room.

My roommate wears 36's in everything because of his ass and thighs. He could wear 32's if his ass and legs weren't so big.

Slept through my alarm for the gym this morning for an hour. Too late to go when I finally woke up. No gym for me today I guess.

Also lost a lot of gains. Most of you have already seen, but some dumb bitch hit me this morning and spun me into a guard rail. Had a weight gain shake with me...it went EVERYWHERE. So many gains lost.

Glad you are alright and able to post about it! Makes things like missing the gym not seem like that big of a deal when considering "the big picture."

Edit: WTF am I talking about?! GYM IS LYYYYYFE...but I haven't been since last Monday...

Well, if I had woken up and went to the gym when I was supposed to, it wouldn't have happened at all.

See, gym time saves Tacoma lives.

Go up a waist size to a 36. Then get them tailored to bring the waist back in. Exactly what I had to do for my sisters wedding.

I saw that on the 'book. Did your bumper at least save you from major damage?

Hey, I can't help it I'm soooo active that I require a lot of calories to grow. I'm gaining less than a pound a week on close to 4000 calories per day. My waist has stayed the same and I pass the 'look test' on not getting fat!

That's what I plan on doing. Hopefully I won't have to get them tailored. I have to wear dress pants everyday and that'll get expensive.

No damage to the body other than

The high clearance saved me from having to get a new hood, bumper, and fenders, I'm sure. Broke my front wheel, scratched the hell out of my back one, and broke my front shock at least. Not sure what else it did.

Eh it was only like $12 to fix the waist line. Or you just get 36's and go full Zach bulk mode for the winter.
