    Hey guys just bought my Tacoma a couple weeks ago and just wanted to introduce myself and say thank you for all the information on this site. It was extremely helpful with making the decision to buy! I read threads upon threads of info for weeks before pulling the trigger.

    I bought a 2016 TRD Sport. I didn't really need the crawl control and everything that came on the OR so I decided id save the extra money for wheels, tires, etc.

    Here is the truck the first day I got it.

    The next day I blacked out the wheels, emblems, and grill. Also did 25% tint on the front windows to match the factory tint.

    Installed the opt7 led lights a lot of people have and couldn't be happier with them.

    This past weekend I did a full paint correction on the terribly finished factory paint. I removed most of the orange peal and every single little mark. After that I applied 2 coats of Cquartz UK edition ceramic coat. Very happy with the finished product, I know its a truck and its gonna get dirty but i wanted to protect it the most I could since it was new paint. It will be much easier to wash off the mud too. Also removed the TRD decals and will most likely be getting matte black replacements without the sport though.

    Heres the products used. I did both my cars this day so the truck coating is behind the Cquartz box. I used a 50ml Car Pro Cquarts UK ceramic coat is anyone is looking for the info on it.

    put note cards around the wheel to block the tire bad over the caliper and rotor and spray away! I used plastidip the rustolum version is good as well

    Took me about 6 hours to do the truck start to finish. I do do side jobs, detailing is actually my side business. Im in the chicagoland area so if anyone is interested pm me. Winter is coming and the coating is a awesome protectant against salt and grime. A application last 5-7 years depending on the brand and model

    It's got a cop motor, a 440-cubic-inch plant. It's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.
