A couple of questions.

I'd like to start with saying that I searched and read a lot of threads, but still have a few questions/requests that I figured I would put in one thread.
I just bought my first Tacoma. A red (IRP I believe) '03 Extra Cab. Its a TRD, SR5 with 83000 miles and I could not be happier. Now for the questions.

1. I really need a bedliner, and have decided to go for the Line-X, now I just have to decide if I want to color match the body, or go black, and whether or not to go over the rails or not. If people with red trucks wouldn't mind posting some pictures of their bedliners I would love to see what different options look like.

2. I also need some floor mats and after reading the huskyliner vs. weathertech threads have decided on weathertechs. But I have only seen pictures of the black ones, and would like to know how well the tan ones match the tan interior. Can anyone with the tan mats let me know how well they match?

3. I have determined that my truck had a TRD supercharger at some point during its life but was removed before I bought it. (TRD supercharger sticker under the hood, cut timing chain cover, premium fuel only sticker) Is there anything I should be worried about or check. I know these engines are pretty tough, but I would like a heads up if there is anything I should look for.

Thanks. I was leaning towards the black anyway, just read a little about the colored beds and thought they looked alright on some trucks. Now to decide about over or under the rails.

I would still like to see pictures of the bed liners and floor mats if anyone has some. Thanks for the quick replies.

 

just make sure that you look over all the drive train check your rear end for slack and universal joints, make sure they are all tight. grease them just to make sure. just keep an eye on everything.. and go with the black bed liner.. it looks better on red. i cant help with the floor mats and welcome to the addiction..

 

Thanks for the picture. That is most likely what I will end up doing. I also like how it looks over the rail and since my rail is kind of scratched up I will probably opt for that.
