After reading countless rants from people I know in Florida complaining about no power, I just started removing them from my friends list. I respect the long hours y'all put in and I know y'all spend a ton of time away from your families in time of need. I wish people weren't so ungrateful.

Plus, I dont mind watching some linemen do their job, especially the bearded cute ones. :p

that quote fits a lot of different lines of service. I know it's not the same but I have been in the IT field for more than 25 years. I have come to realize that some of the people appreciate the work that is done for them. When I can those people get priority service.

Right at 3 weeks until I have to make a very hard decision. Tacoma or t4r!!! This decision is way to hard

Unless you just want to have a bed I would go 4Runner. Always wanted one but I needed a bed to haul stuff. This is one reason my wife is getting a 4Runner...just don't let her know that because she thinks she really had a say in it :anonymous:

Lmao!! I don't really need the bed. Especially since I'll have a mega cab dodge dully to use whenever I gotta haul stuff. I think it's funny though all the Tacoma owners I've talked to saying buy a 4Runner.

I just find them on Autotrader and watch them. If they sell I find more. It helps I'm willing to travel a bit. I screenshot them when I first find them to see how far they drop the price.

    Check The Build Thread
I was going to get a 4Runner but I always wanted a Tacoma...even before my FJ. The FJ has no interior cargo room so it quickly became impractical once my son was born (stroller wouldn't fit in the back without being up against the glass). After the FJ, it was a toss up between the 4R and Taco...4R's can be had for A LOT less on the used market than a similar Taco (year, miles, options, etc.) but I opted for a Taco for more cargo room, hence the camper shell.

Definitely can't go wrong with either...but if price was more of a factor for me than cargo room between the two, I definitely would've went with a 4Runner. I know my wife wants one but she just got a brand new Sienna XLE Premium last year...and I love that van so much that I'm the one keeping her out of a 4Runner.

Price on the 4Runner is nice. Gives me more mod money.

Na.....its not that hard...TACO! Tacoma with a softopper or shell, you can put it on if you need the storage space and still have all the space in the cab for passengers. There's actually more room than the t4r if you do that. Then...if you need a truck to haul big stuff all you have to do is take the shell or softopper off.

My wife has the 2015 T4R and it's nice but going I on road trips with luggage and stuff, it really has much less room. Car seat is on one side of the car...the other seat is folded down to accomodate luggage and stuff so no one can even sit in the other back seat. I'm getting a softopper eventually just for this reason. Have the entire bed for luggage and such and the entire cab for passengers.

    Good luck on your decision!
