Great look'n! Annie looks similar to my lab mix, Sable, oh what a wonderful girl she was. I miss her dearly. Keep a picture of her next to my bed, so whenever I wake up I see her first thing.

While brushing and giving my Ol Boy his rubbies this morning I felt a lump on his side. Took a look and it appears to be a tumor/growth of some sort. Really really Gross look'n. I'll see what the Doc has to say.
Sucks seeing them get old. He has a lump/growth on his head, it's like a small sack filled with fluid. Doc said just leave it alone, he can remove it but it will come back. He has in the past torn it open while scratching his head, and OMG it was some disgusting stuff that oozed out.

My little one, she's pretty much crippled at this point in her life. She's one happy girl, but can no longer walk. Nerve damage, so it's very difficult for her to hold herself up. Her life is basically in my husband's hands, he carries her from place to place. She spends most of the day nice and comfy in her Martha Stewart bed! Just got her a new pillow to sleep on, oh yeah, she's spoiled rotten.

After she eats, hubby carries her out, and he stays right next to her, so he can scoop her up as soon as she does her business. Otherwise, since she can't take any steps forward, she'll eventually collapse and end up sitting right where she just went.

It's heartbreaking to see, but she's so so happy, and not in any pain. Her favorite time of the day is when hubby carries her to our room and places her on the foot of the bed to sleep all nite long. Wherever my husband is she has to be too! It's crazy how she sometimes just stares at him. You can see how much she loves him!

I took a pic of my boys tumor thing, probably to gross to post, so I can send it to my vet before hand.

Great pics. Much love to your furbabies. It does indeed suck seeing them grow old.

    Where's all the chatter?

So my question is......hmmm, our 30th Anniversary coming soon, omg I can't believe it's already been 30 years!, and I'm thinking a fun time would be either doing the Porsche Driving Experience again, or Exotic Racing in Vegas.

Both obviously will be a great time! Get behind the wheel of a few Supercars, or all out crazy in Atlanta?

Or something totally different. Any suggestions appreciated.

    Suggestions......anyone???

What did you do for/on your last anniversary?

I like it! Especially the one with machine guns! Actually, hmm, maybe I should check into a big firepower range. Somewhere you can fire off all different kinds of weapons! Full Auto!

Take him deep sea fishing in a VERY scenic place! Cozumel Mexico is always nice in the winter.

We use to go years ago, neither one us at this point are big on it anymore. Thanks for the suggestion anyway.

I found another track, with C-7 stingrays, that also has a badass gun range!

I went deep sea fishing off the coast of Seward Alaska when I was a kid. It was absolutely awesome.......until I busted my lip in the cabin and my parents made fun of me for asking if there was "shit" in the cooler yet, when I was trying to say "fish".

The first ever Rebelle Rally is about ready to start in a few days! It was one of the event options for my ladies codriver challenge. It's an all womens event and you are in the desert for 7 days searching for invisible checkpoints. And you can't use ANY electronics! http://www.rebellerally.com/ I'd like to try it sometime. Just have to raise that $10,000 entry fee

Doesn't it? I got to meet Emily Miller, the woman who created it. Holy cow her resume is amazing. http://emilysmiller.com/ She's even done rallys in places like Morocco! She gave us a long lesson in land navigation. Learned to use a compass and map and chart a path. Then we got to take 15 passenger van on a wild ride through the desert and ended up getting stuck in the sand! Haha! So we got to practice recovery too.

Another shameless plug...if you guys haven't already, you need to join http://www.ladiesoffroadnetwork.com/ There is a forum on there you can join, higher up accounts cost money but you can still make free accounts. It's not real active at the moment since it's new but it'll get there. But it's a great website for women and it keeps you up to date in the industry and in the know about events. There's the first Ladies Offroad Network Summit coming up in December, it's online, so no excuses! Charlene is always having ladies meet and greet events all over the country so it's a great place to meet other women into offroading too. Definitely join the facebook page! We're on a journey to 1 million ladies! And the FB page is really active. :D

FB page: And yes, men are welcome too as long as they are encouraging! :D

But of course don't leave here, we still need Tacoma love :D
