Check out this though OZ-T...it did it on 265/70/17 and now on 285's It Used to do it going around almost every sweeping RH turn only, never left. I just got used to it. Then.... I installed some daystar cradles (and I guess around the same time the 285's) on my airbags, now it just beeps like a SOB like it's going to kick in the VCS and lock up a brake but doesn't.
I thought that's shitty, now I've lost my Vcs, but if i take it up to the mountain and kick the rear end out a bit it'll do what it's supposed to do.

I'll deal with it beeping for 15 seconds on a turn better than it kicking in and me trying to accelerate to get it to quit pulsing the brake.

Mine started doing it on 265/70/17 too

So are you saying it beeps but the traction control doesn't activate with the ABS style brake pulsing ?

Yea, beeps, light flashes like a mofo, brake doesn't kick in, it's like it's waiting for the rear end to slip; just a little more before it's going to kick in the brake. I would say now around 90% of the time now it just beeps and flashes the other 10 it'll kick in. Get up in the snow or slush, it's full on like donkey kong.

I'm not sure if it's the cradles or the new tire or a combo of both

    Go figure eh?

Got lucky, the dealer did it for free. My TC is now just OFF... lol I'm am fine with that I don't like TC anyways.

Guess when they reset it, they turned it off somehow.

same issue w/ traction control kicking in. It's been happening for a while while on on ramps & such, but today was the worst. Rolling through Emerald Bay area in Lake Tahoe on pristine roads & traction control engages (triple beep & brake pulsing) around a sweeping downhill & almost puts me & the family into the guard rail. not cool.

I have a 3in Icon lift up front w/ Cooper ST Maxx 255/80/17's. For those who have recalibrated the VSC, did this fix the issue or do i just need to press & hold the button to disengage every time i start up the truck?

Get the VSC recalibration done it works most of the time to resolve the issue

I had the same issue and the dealer calibration did not fix the issue for me, but has for others like Oz said. I drive a mountain pass and tight winding roads frequently since I live at the base of a pass. If I head out that direction now, I just shut off the ABS with the mod found on this site and haven't had an issue since.

I have aftermarket UCAs and it did not help with that issue , not sure why it would though
