    Received my grille yesterday from Partznet and arrived in perfect condition. Included in box is a paper which tells you they offer a 30-day return policy with original receipt. I'm a bit OCD on things so personally i would have called them and demanded a new undamaged grille in place of the one with broken tabs ... mine came wrapped in extra bubble wrap in the box

    Mine was shipped to the dealer with the bolts pre-installed, which was kind of silly, b/c then you had to take them out and then put them back in.

    Open the tailgate, remove two screws, pull hard, unplug all connections...reverse for install. Look on the new lights for the two bullet shaped nipples. Those will be what your are pulling out of their location. Again, look at the new light and see where the two screw holes are...that's the two screws you will need to remove.
