Dude...so yes on that one...or at least put the knob in a different place! I have put the truck in 4 hi a few times blindly reaching for the AC knob.

I wish it had a crank start. I can't tell you how many times I accidentally started the damn thing when I just meant to not start it. If they would go back to crank starts we wouldn't have these bullshit problems.

One thing I find interesting about stuck in 4LO stories is how many people think you can only drive 5MPH in 4 LO. Put that bitch in a high gear and go, you can easily keep decent speed up for those conditions.

Yea, who goes 35 in conditions that necessitated 4LO? Get yourself to a safe spot and worry about getting out of 4LO there.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
The fact that this sub-101-level question didn't get a proper answer by the 3rd post, in fact it was a WRONG. Ugh.

Literally. Expecting full mechanical certainty of function just because it's new (discounting it's a new model and new models always have issues) is forgetting Murphy and his law.
