    You definetly want to boil. I also ice down the shaft with a can of electrical component cooler, that is overkill

    Same belt with the smaller pulley right? The tensioner takes up the slack I assume?

    Should I do anything else while the old pulley is off?

    Probably not until December/January. My focus right now is getting a wider rear axle and regear w/ lockers. I'll get alot of power back then, and then decide exactly how much more power i want (aka how much money I have left for performance stuff :rofl:) I really need to get headers installed and if I pick up UCON will probably be doing the 7th injector at the same time, then obviously a dyno run is a must

    This. I started getting flat spots under hard pulls at almost peak RPMs where I'm 99.99% positive my fuel pump was reaching max capacity, since I replaced it, no more flat spots

    I just tossed mine in the oven as per the instructions and it slid right on.
    I've also heard boiling works, have never done it though. I considered icing my shaft too (IYKWIM) but like you said I thought it was overkill and would do it if my first attempt failed, and after chatting about it with some buddies, we came to the conclusion that it would probably be a wash since the coldness would take away the heat expansion on the pulley quicker than just an ambient shaft.
