Im not that new to the forum but i rarely post, had a 99 forever and a few months ago got this really clean 08 reg cab pre runner sr5. It certainly looks higher than most on the road i see that look stock, and it looks like it may have aftermarket coil spacers on it lifting the front some. the rear is the overly flattened 3 leaf packs that are getting replaced friday at the dealer. Attached is some pics, I'm sure most on here will know if they are aftermarket or not. Thanks! (sorry about the pictures turned to the side, not sure how to change that)

Yes, aftermarket spacer lift. You know the general opinion of those here. Your new replacement springs will eventually do the same thing. I put a 1.5" 3 leaf progressive aal from Wheelers on my new tsb springs immediately and they've held up fine on my lb with cap and bed mat.

is the rubber piece on the top or bottom the spacer so i know which one to take out? I'm guessing it is the bottom one, that is directly above, touching the coil spring. thanks.

No, it's the top. It's either bolted to the stock studs or stock studs were replaced with longer ones. Why are you removing them? You must have some bro lean going on with the worn out stock springs.

Actually surprisingly enough it's pretty dang level, no bro lean, not a fan of that at all. The rear sits about 1/2 of an inch lower but it's really not noticeable, at all.

Many new dealers put them in, and sell the truck like that to give it a different look. Their cost is cheap and customer's are happy. I reckon a lot of people don't know they have them.
