Hey! Does anyone else have issues with entune and their iPhone 6plus? More often than not, i have to turn the bluetooth off and on to get the phone to tether properly, otherwise there are errors. Anyone have better experiences with the iPhone 7 or samsung galaxy s7?

Does the Qi charging actually stop when the phone is full?

Samsung S7 seems to work fine.

If I leave my Audio on bluetooth and haven't been in the truck for a while when I start it my music doesn't start till I pick something on my phone, but I think that might be because I mostly play stuff off of Soundcloud.

Does this happen to anyone else or does your bluetooth music just play always?

iPhone6 and daily issues, phone constantly disconnects from Bluetooth. Radio keeps restarting itself from time to time. Been to the dealer 4 times showed them what's happening and they can't tell me why??? I'm so fed up I got me a pioneer nex8200 that I'm gonna be installing.

IPhone 6S ... I'd say I have problems once every few months. Haven't figured out what sequence of actions prompts it, but it's not a big deal. Either truck off/on or BT off/on and rediscovery always works. Switching between my and my wife's phones is pretty consistently good. Overall it's probably the most reliable BT device I've owned.

When I had my 6 it was fine. You've deleted the bluetooth profiles and re-created them? If not that then see if you can try a friend's phone, maybe something it up with your head unit. Should be under warranty if you can show it's faulty.

You mean delete the Tacoma device on my phone and find/connect again? I actually never tried this and will do tomorrow.
I always wear my Tag Heuer connected watch and thought it is possibly interfering with the connection but that wasn't the case either.
Switched trucks with my friend, he has a Samsung Galaxy 6 and for over a week he used the Bluetooth without issues.
    Thank You

Both ends. Delete it on the phone, and delete the phone from the Tacoma. I'd also reboot the phone just for good measure. Shouldn't be necessary but why not go for a clean slate.

I have a Garmin watch always connected via bluetooth and it doesn't interfere.

With that said, the stuff that depends on the Entune app has issues since that app currently sucks, but the basic bluetooth connectivity has been solid for me. Phone calls, bluetooth streaming, contacts, all good.

Oh BTW, the Messaging stuff has a weird thing where you can't have Quick Contacts setup on the Tacoma. There are posts about that here you should be able to find via search.. Once I figured it out it's been working, within the lawyer/nanny constraints. Kinda weird to heard my buddies' texts read in a female voice though... LOL

I have a Samsung android Grand Prime and always or almost always have to restart my phone to connect to the truck.... a little annoying specially when I forget to do it and the phone rings.

Upgraded to the iPhone 7 the phone integrates with my truck as well as it's supposed to now. No more having to disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth as I did with my iPhone 6 Plus.
