    Thanks!

I toy with the idea of getting rid of it...just don't think i could make myself do it.

    I'll immediately want a WR450 or CRF450x

Both the WR and CRF are awesome, but the DR-Z is bullet proof

9800 miles and i still can jump on it and guarantee that i can get it started and ride all day. I can pound the piss out of it and still only change the oil ever 1k miles. I know its bulletproof. Thats why i figure i'll just keep it. It isn't eating anything. Just becomes worth less and less ever time i start it so fook it.

I just want a carb, cams, and sumo wheels now

Beautiful bike. I tried the FZ 07 and FZ 09 but with a 40 miles drive to work, 38 miles on the highway, I wanted a little reprieve from the wind. That, and the Corbin seat is wonderful.

My commute is about the same. Totally doable on the FZ-07. But, I'm sure it's still more comfortable on the FJ-09.

I havent upgraded the seat yet. I just cant find myself spending $400+ on a seat. But I have heard they are comfortable

I really want a new seat, but haven't seen one that I like yet. Interested in whether or not I'd like the Corbin. Want to see it in person.

Love my Seat Concepts seat on the 250. So much better than the stock one.

The stock seat on the FZ-07 isn't bad. But I can definitely see it being painful after 2+ hours of straight riding.

I can ride for about 1 hour on the 09 before I need to stand up or take a break

Yeah, longest I've ridden without stopping was about an hour and a half of pretty hard riding in twisties. Needed to get up and move around like a normal human being for a bit after that haha

I feel like garbage after an entire day on the DRZ seat. Midway through i just end up doing a lot of standing.

I was so tired during a ride few weeks back that when i tried to do a stand up, i had been standing so long that as soon as i got to that grey zone right before balance point, my knees gave out and i just kind of fell onto the seat. As i did so, i must've twisted the throttle open and nearly looped.

Since then, i've been working on that brake control and have come to the realization that the stock rotors are going in the garbage this spring and some 270mm galfer rotors will be on order
