Been doing it for while. So much more pure and I love being able to tweak the formula.
All the pres out there on the market don't have enough of the good stuff in them. They just throw tiny amounts in to be able to throw it on the label. It's a marketing gimmick for sure. Do it once and you will love it. Expensive at first buying all the ingredients and a digi scale but worth it and lasts awhile.

 

I have the digi scale because I weight almost everything I eat. Pm me what you're putting I'm yours if you don't mind

 

This is the spreadsheet I made when I made my original formula. I have tweeked it periodically from this and have added more of certain ingredients (one being beta A). You can see where I was comparing it to others. I need to update this but you get the idea. I print this out and tape it onto the container of each batch I make.
I also started adding less drink mix than this. It was too sweet at first....just trial and error until you get it how you like.


You can see how small amounts some pre workouts have and they hardly do ishhhhhhhh....

 

Well I just happen to have everything listed there minus caffeine powder ( I have tabs). L argine and aspartic acid.

 

GUYS!!! I'm gonna try to lift tomorrow. It's been 4 days of no lifting, and the wrist is feeling better. Something in my chest feels a little funky. Hurts when I breathe too deeply, and it kinda hurt this evening when I climbed in my tree stand and basically did a dip. Not sure what the deal is. Don't know if I hit the steering wheel with my chest or what.

Luckily, tomorrow is shoulder day so I've got a few more days to try to let that recover.

 

Does it hurt on the backside of your ribs?

 

It's basically my left pec area. But doesn't feel like a muscle soreness.

Aspartic acid gives you man tits...

 

Yeah the only reason I had the Aspartic Acid is cause when you order from Bulksupplements.com they will give you a new supplement to try and review with every order. That is one I tried but have never bought again. Not sure if it even works or does anything. Every review I had ever read on it was for older men with low testosterone and I am 30 with plenty of test (so I think).
Just tried it for the heck of it.

 

So quick question, is there an average time after starting to lift that one can start to plateau? Or does that change from person to person?

 

Nope. I went to work. Lol

It varies

 

My first time about 3 months after starting I didn't make any strength gains for about 2-3 months then slowly started again

 

I know you said pec but inside, outside, top, bottom, all over? Can you re create it with ease?

 

Kind of all over. Basically any time I put pressure on it (like pushing) or breathe too deeply
