    Prob be easier and safer to just run a pump and have a tank circulating using engine heat. Wouldnt want coolant lines running the length of the truck, pop one and you're boned lol

    That's true. Also allows you to use a two stage heat exchanger and have an extra layer of protection from contamination of coolant into the water supply.

    Exactly, some sort of shell and tube heat exchanger could work, just have to make sure its strong enough to take hits offroad so you dont snap a tube and contaminate it all.

    Im gonna go ahead and just go with "boil some water and dump it in the bucket of cold water so I can shower with warmish water" lol. Could prob just put a bucket on the engine right when I get up, then it warms up as I'm packing up the RTT and everything, then can just shower right before we head out.

    I prefer simpler when I can. Complicated shit has a tendancy to break at the worst possible moment. Right now I'm trying to decide if my battery box in the bed could fit the water stuff, and if so, how do I waterproof it all in case there's a leak. Dont really want my battery soaked. Another option is a secondary mounted box for the water along side the battery box, if theres room, which is why I'm leaning towards a mobile box for the water stuff with a quick disconnect electrical hook up

    Yeah I'm leaning that way as well. Plus I don't think there's room anyways. Im thinking either a hardcase bolted up under the bed, or something low key in the bed

    I don't know if you have dealt with this, but have you bypassed your secondary air injection pump?

    I have had a few people ask me why I haven't done this yet. For durability is the only reason I have not. Just like you. Radiator weight distribution is the only reason I would though. Since my Ron Davis is so heavy when full. Like race trucks. :D

    @KirkRio , bypassed his with a resistor. Not sure the size or wattage though. He never stated. Hopefully he'll chime in.

    Say if it goes bad. Since there seem to be so many threads about that pump failing and causing issues. Or if you don't want to have to deal with it and want the extra room.
