    If it is on ebay, costs $25, and increases your gas mileage, power, and torque, then why doesn't Toyota buy millions of them and install them on every car they make?

    Why spend three or four million dollars in research and design to reduce the Cd of a new vehicle by a tenth when you can just buy a magic box?

    Ahh yes- Because everyone who offers to take your money for a service or product is honest.
    I'm pretty sure there is no single upgrade that will both improve your gas mileage and power at the sametime. For power to go up- You need more air for more fuel...And MPGs go down. For MPGs to go up- It's an efficiency thing.

    You will save your self 25 bucks by going out to buy a few 12 racks of beers insted of that POS off ebay...

    Actually there is but it's not quite the same thing. Lowering restriction or loss is the only way. So for instance, an intake that lowers the restriction on the engines ability to get air frees up power and will give you better gas mileage. Reducing drivetrain loss (by any means) will reduce the parasitic drag on the engine and allow more power to make it to the ground. Also, reducing any rotational mass will have a fairly big effect on MPG too. :)
