Gorgeous. I just ordered the same truck in dark grey with identical wheels and tires.

I have mine at 41 in the front and 40 in the back. Did the chalk test as well... it's somewhere earlier in this thread.

Probably 2 of my favorite pics on this whole thread. Very nicely set up.

Thanks for your input. I also have a DCLB and believe my pressure is too low as my MPG have went down, I'm seeing people on this threads anywhere from 35PSI to 41PSI which is a pretty big difference and just wanted to see what others were running.

If you chalk tested I may try to run 40 and see what happens.

Two questions. I apologize in advance of already answered.

    1. Will existing lug nuts from 16" TRD Pro wheels work on the 17's, or are new ones needed.

    2. With bigger wheels and same ratio tires, does the MPH read any different? Higher or lower?

Did you go up one tire size or stay with the same size?

Went from stock 2016 TRD OR wheels, 265/70/16? To 265/70/17 so just barely but up

Going up a tire size obviously increases the circumference of the tire so you will travel further with the same number of wheel revolutions. This will lower your apparent MPG when you are actually using the same amount of fuel to go an apparently "shorter" distance.

I suspect the fuel economy is that same and reflects the actually fuel efficiency of the truck. I have read that the Tacoma odometers are a little off and the slightly larger tire size makes it more accurate.

Did you just swap the TPMS from the stock wheels to your new TRD Pro wheels?
