Had a 2013 subaru impreza burned about 2 qts of oil every 7.5k. We bought the car new in hopes of running the wheels off it. Got rid of it, not willing to own a car long term that uses that much oil. Also ate tires, we were pretty disappointed with it.

 

FINALLY.....Finished with install of a Cobra 40 ch CB radio. Fire Stik Antenna, etc.....After a LOT of irritation, finally figured out the radio was shipped with a bad mic. Replaced it with Astatic noise reduction mic, and we're all good! I'll grease the drive shaft, rotate the tires, and do a final once over early next week, then it's headed to Black Mountain Off Road Adventure Area in Harlan Ky for the 21 22 and 23. It was SUPPOSED to go this year with sliders. Paying doctors for bills due to cancer surgery sorta short circuited that plan.....But....We'll be there, sliders or not!

 

Changed my spark plugs for the first time at 120,000. The old ones measured in at .075-.077. I ran them a little far.

Got the Afe CAI and throttle body spacer in.

 

I spent about 3 hours today with a wash, wax and overall full detail.

 

Got the mechanical portion of seat heaters installed in my truck and @yazmatic's truck. Started the electrical work on mine and ran out of daylight. Try to finish mine tomorrow and Paul's next week.
