I'm not saying it's right and I'm not saying it would be enjoyable but it's part of owning your land and having neighbors. There are noise ordanance laws for reasons. Plus, not that location makes a difference but Milton is as about as country as it comes. These neighbors are acting like they're living in an apartment over looking Central Park. I know the area very well, have family there. It's EXTREMELY rural and open.

Unfortunately, the owner of the garage had subdivided his land to gain money to build the garage. He created the neighbors to be close to him. In the following diagram, he is on Lot B:

But what's wrong with that? They neighbors are acting like he is within arms reach. There are thousands of houses with shops like this all over Delaware and the eastern shore of a Maryland, above White Marsh when traveling North on 95, out 70, down 97. It's part of rural living. There will be noise but it'll still be far less than city life. I bet these same neighbors don't complain about farming equipment running up and down the roads yet they make as much noise and damage roadways. My point is, they're in a rural area, this situation is ungodly common, and they're acting like they're entitled to something.

Must have really pissed off 1 or 2 neighbors ,I didn't read any details about this but usually when your in a rural area like that (me too ) no body gives a shit as long as your quiet during late night and early morning

I put stickers for more horse power!
Pisses me off when people act like that to someone that wants to work, there is nothing wrong with that, selling drugs or stealing is wrong!

The man is disabled and still trying to make an honest living. I will fully support anyone like him, disabled or not.
