Ok so what makes it different? Is it warranty related or something else? I'd really like to know and I'm sure others would also.

I'm not understand this either on it not being compatible. I'd much rather use the reflash from toyota or the ucon from urd if it becomes available for the 09+ trucks.

One of my first questions to Tim was about tax, his reply

Tax is only if you are in the state of SC. Not in CA.

I'd like to know too. Not sure who to go to with confidence for the install.. dealership sounds like the place since they've most likely performed the install.. right?

And is 20 ppl the max or can we still put our name on the list?

We are already at the 20% , and there is NO cap, so more people are able to join in. Still.

I asked dark vader in PM and he said his is running fine at 40 miles with the trd reflash. He said he isn't going over 2.85 pulley so it should be fine for him I think I might go the same route then.

I don't know the exact differences between the Magnuson and TRD kits. Magnuson did a lot of R&D on these kits and the tune with Bully Dog. It is almost identical to the tune for the TRD kit according to Magnuson. Just as reliable as the TRD kit.

I have the first set of emails and quotes will be sent through our website. This gives you guys and order confirmation with order tracking through our website. Checkout can be done by credit card or PayPal. It will be at your discretion.

I'm a maybe right now and will know by probably Wednesday. i read through the warranty on the magusson website

    http://www.magnusonsuperchargers.co...TED POWERTRAIN WARRANTY STANDARD 20160301.pdf

Copied and pasted the first line in the eligibility section. I'm going to call magnuson on Monday to verify, but if my truck, with 58,000 miles, doesn't qualify then I'm just going to do the install myself. I don't mean to beat a dead horse with this, but from what I read through the thread it sounded like the warranty was from the install date by a dealer/ase certified shop and not total miles. Either way I'm most likely in, just want to know who is doing the install, me or a shop.
    • vehicle must have less than 36,000 miles on the odometer and the Magnuson Products, LLC Supercharger System must be installed within 3 years of the original in-service (purchase) date as determined by the manufacturer of the vehicle e.g. OASIS, GMVIS, Dealer Connect.

Will the auto tranny on a 2010 Taco hold up under this supercharger?

i read through the install instructions posted earlier. looks pretty straight forward... may give it a shot. i just hit 40,000 miles.

i'm reading the warranty the same way you are. post up what you confirm with Magnuson.
