I'm pumping then holding the brake pedal fully depressed with a 2x4 popped up against the seat, then go to the bleeder and open it. Air did come out, but not anymore. Did rear passenger, then rear driver, then front passenger, front driver. No more air, brake fluid is mid level in reservoir. Still pedal goes straight to the bottom and truck throws brake system error. Just bought a gallon of brake fluid and going to do it all over again.

I must gave done each wheel 10+ times. I just redid the entire truck. No change. I've done this before on other vehicles, never had this problem. :notsure:

Checked for leaks, no dripage, here's the fluid I'm using. Little bottle first, ran out, now using autozone gallon

And yes, that's a head lamp light because it's dark! I'm. Missing something important, I'll keep researching.

Wonder if I have to do anything with the abs...

You might need to see if there is a way to activate the abs. There could be an air bubble in the module. I usually use a second person to press on the brake pedal when I bleed brakes.

First free weekend I've had in several months that I haven't gone wheeling...I feel like I'm forgetting to do something important

    TRD exhaust?
So the plate covers the pipe?

that's the stock exhaust for all v6 models now. Even the two wheel drives without the transfer case have it going way down there for no reason.

The truck isn't even a year old so I didn't feel like having a muffler shop chopping up the exhaust to reroute it. The plate goes under the exhaust like it is shown

    It sure does.

So I got my LBJ's finally replaced yesterday, but it didn't get rid of the popping in the front end while turning the wheels. Sort of expected that though since I need to replace the uppers as well. Going to hold off on any wheeling until the LR UCAs come in, hopefully before the MJT trip a few of us are planning Halloween weekend :fingerscrossed:

If the UCA's + upper bj's don't solve the issue then I'm just going to wheel it until something breaks 'cause I'm sick of trying to diagnose this shit lol.

Same here man. Trying to save it for next weekend. If you don't get your UCAs before Miller jeep you could always ride with one of us.

Finally got this sorted out. Did each wheel a bunch more times, lost count, and found some air that had still not escaped. All good. Thanks to those who commented. Gave me reassurance that I wasn't loosing my mind. :fistbump:

That would kill me haha. Thanks for the offer though, worst case scenario I'll consider doing that and maybe just focus on taking photos. Should have an idea when the new UCAs go on when they ship out later this week
