Lemme know when you're ready to install. If I'm free I'll come over. The swapping the leaf is not a one man job.

Thanks bro. It'll be awhile. Wanna be able to start walking normal before doing anything so probably after all my physical therapy. Pretty excited to get it installed.

Picked these up from @hirod last week. Modded coils for the front with qa1s, qa1s for rear, some X braces and lowering hardware for the rear(not pictured). Also picked up a Xrunner swaybar a few months ago to add to it. Should definitely improve the handling and reduce drag.

Finally installed my suspension this past weekend. Looking to get some light racing UCA since my caster and camber is a bit off. Hopefully that will help with the alignment. Other than that it drives straight.

Which are your suspension components used to make that drop, again?

QA1's and what else? Which ppi springs are those?

It's XII performance coilovers. Not sure on the ppi. @hirod should be able to answer that since it was his old setup. The rear is using the tundra racing flip kit as well as qa1 shocks. I just ordered smaller bump stops for the rear cause there's only like a half inch gap with the ones on there now.

My bad. I was supposed to get back to you about the caster. My camber was good with the light racing uca's. I know my caster was just out of tolerance for factory spec. Sounded like it could have gotten closer to stock but i would have more bump steer issues or something. I don't recall. I know he said try it out and if i didn't like it to bring it back and he would try tweek it but i didn't experience any heavy steering or anything so i left it.

Btw, i also had the chopped knuckles and spacers.

The springs were the street (softer) springs.

And i still have the fuse panel that you wanted.

Ok, thanks for the info bout the caster. You happen to still have the UCAs or did u sell them? My passenger caster is shot and wouldn't even adjust when I brought it for alignment so will be buying a new pair.

As far as the fuse panel I still want it. It's a matter of meeting up lol. Maybe Monday if you're off?

I had forgotten that Hirod had asked me about my knuckles. That I had trimmed an 1" out of them. I have pictures of that, if you need them.

I still have the knuckles. The uca's was to much hassle to pull. I have extra new ball joints for the light racing if you find a used set of uca's.

What will the shorter knuckles do? I found some on CL but they sold it as soon as I texted the guy. My just pick up a new set from Amazon since they also come with balljoints. Might order in July since our renovation project will come to a stop because of RIMPAC and will allow me some time to work on the truck again.

Should kick the top of the knuckle forward and out. The upper control arm will be lower in its arc similar to if the truck wasn't lowered ... i think. I'm not an engineer

I just have to say I freaking love boost on these trucks. I love whooping full size Fords and the like. I don't regret for 1 second turbo boosting the 3.4L. What a kick ass thing......
