Hundreds of pairs of 4.0s shipped out yesterday. More will be leaving here early next week when we receive the next batch.

So my passenger light doesn't work and I'm thinking it's the bulb, I didn't think they'd go out after about 2 years. I cleaned out all connections w/ electrical cleaner but haven't bothered to switch bulbs from the driver side cause I'm lazy.

Does this look like moisture got in or..?

Ask the dealership, I'm betting your "moisture" is a 14k new eletrical harness for the entire truck.

I have amber only halos. What drivers do I need?

I have been dealing with a situation for almost 5 months now. Have exchanged around 50 emails and still have not received the correct drivers.

Now it takes all day just to get a email back. And by the time I receive it, business hours are over.

Just did my Mini D2S 4.0 retrofit today. My first retrofit so I don't have anything to compare these to but they are awesome! Still got a few small adjustments to work out and then I'll post up pics and output shots tomorrow night. The high beams are insane, offroad lights are pointless now. My only worry is that I'll have to aim them pretty low in case I put a lot of weight in the bed.

Install wasn't too bad. Worst part for me was dragging that heavy ARB bumper and winch off the truck to get to the grille.

For my first retrofit, I think it went pretty well. I just used a heat gun to pry the lenses off. I bought a cheap set of replacement headlight housings from Amazon and used their lenses on my stock housings.
    20161016_113859.jpg
The aftermarket housings had a ton of play in the mounts and adjusters.

I started the install around noon and finished everything by the time it started getting dark.

A few night shots. Still gotta fine tune the adjustments.

Looks normal to me. I would swap the bulb to the other side and see if the problem follows. Let us know what you find out and we'll take care of you!

Do you have the original XA halos? Are they the two wires or three wires going into the halos? Let us know and I'll see what's going on! Sorry man, we're currently getting over 200 emails

Yeah definitely need to test that. I was gonna say screw it and just order new bulbs anyways. The picture is how it looks, kinda like a green bubble but I can't base that on anything cause I haven't bothered to look at the drivers side.

For sure. Swap them and let me know what you find out! I would hate for you to purchase new bulbs and it doesn't fix the issue! We'll take care of you!
