Busy weekend. Installed Wheelers bump stops front and back, U-bolts flip kit, rear steel braided brake lines, and 14" 700 pound Icon springs. Also finally removed my tube steps.

Be careful that didn't pop the vent out behind the box. There was another member that got that box for his 3rd gen and it did pop the vent out and he was getting water inside the cab of the truck. Ruined his carpet all the way to the drivers side if I remember right. That stealth box isn't made for the 3rd gen because of the vents.

Anyone know if there is any way to get custom switches made for the dash? I'm looking to 3-D print a left-side switch replacement and get some switches installed. I want to get some for my strobes [EMS] as well as just not having those dorky "zombie" light switches...

Hauled in about 20 bags of mulch. They are having a sale at Lowes.

Good call! I see what you mean. It's good right now but it is a concern that I will address.

How does it feel with the #700 springs on there?

Just like it did with the softer, shorter springs. Of course I had to reduce preload significantly, but so far rough streets and speed bumps feel no different. I'll be doing some heavy wheeling this weekend with some added weight. Can't wait it see how they do.

Main reason I added these springs was to give me a bit more clearance to reduce, if not eliminate, tire rubbing up top when bottomed out. Well see this weekend.

I put in all four new door speakers, Pioneer 6x9s and 6.5. It sounded so so, so I put sound deadening in all four doors and backwall, still sounded a little boring. Ordered a Alpine power pack and powered 8inch sub, sounds a lot better than stock now, still trying to dial in the amp, I've got the gains set only at 25% and crossover at 60 hrtz. The sub hits okay, it has a little bass knob to adjust as needed.

After this, I'm done buying anything else for this truck!

Hope you had fun driving with all the yankees up here. Moved from Lexington to Rhode Island back in 2000 and they still amaze me. What part of the great commonwealth are you from?

Added Icon AAL and raised the Bilstein 6112 up a notch. Perfect ride and look and it's how the OR suspension package should have come!
