Oh I've lost my share of bets too! And I don't mind running some plaster over it when I move out. It shouldn't be too hard. Plus I already have to fill in all the holes from hanging shit.

Simple..if your wall is smooth just use a small putty knife and joint compound in a bucket. If rough, just use a foam float and rough it in. I've hung a wall in that room 3 times in 12 yrs due to water damage.

You should check into the league if you like playing

This weekend flew by. Saturday we went to Davis Farm in Sterling and then to the Mendon Drive In for their wine tasting event. Yesterday went to Haverhill to see some friends and their new pup.

I haven't had an issue with the smooth bodied shocks at all, they ride great and are well damped. I am swapping them out for the RR rear shocks soon tho.

    Morning, faces. Happy Monday! :pccoffee:

Put the '69 away for the winter on Saturday, and yesterday morning we got up early and hiked Tumbledown Mountain and got back in time to watch the Pats slow start against the Bengals.

Morning - I'm hung over. Took a 3-day weekend to just relax and wound up wandering around Boston yesterday like a tourist with some travelers I met randomly while getting coffee with a buddy saturday am. Productivity this weekend = zero

On a side note I have a tree stuck in my bead....

I went to get a haircut this morning and saw this trailer in the car dealer next door. Cool setup.

Or someplace to haul your ATV, would be my guess. And then it's a patio once you arrive and unload.

Those things are really cool but have a few drawbacks. I looked at them when I was looking for a camper. They are really expensive for a pop up and that model in particular has a really high tongue weight, I think something like 7-800 lbs. There is another model where the flatbed and the pop up are switched that is a lot lighter but the bed part isn't as big. They're a great idea though.

Tongue weight probably drops considerably if you loaded up a UTV/ATV onto that flatbed part, though.

True you can counter balance it. But Damn, imagine the trailer empty or lightly loaded with the pop up loaded with gear and a full water tank.

Yeah, if you didn't have anything on the back to offset it that thing would suck to tow.
They should rig up a roller system so you can slide it forwards or backwards on the rails, with a locking mechanism to hold it in place once you get it where you want it, lol.

That assumes that the end user has the knowledge on how to properly load a trailer... Now think about how many times you see people driving down the road with a trailer that has it's tongue damn near on the ground, the tow vehicle's back bumper on the ground and the front end pointing at the sky. In theory, it's a great idea to have a load that can be adjusted but given how generally stupid people are, I can see someone putting the box at the back of the trailer and trying to tow it with a Rav4.
