Red Tacoma!

Anyone know if the red on the Tacomas hold up good. I've never owned a red truck only silver
and was wondering if the red shows scratches like black does? Also, anyone know if they
clear coat the red on the new ones?

 

I've got a red one, so far so good. As far as I know anything is better than black (on any vehicle) as far as not showing minor scuffs.

I feel like that was an option at the dealership that I declined. I take my truck out on trails where they're pretty narrow with brush and I don't know that clear coating would help much. I just wax my truck regularly

 

Yes, the Barcelona Red is a 2 stage paint with a clear topcoat.

 

I'm on my second Barecelona red tacoma, and it does hold up well. I do keep a good coat of wax on mine though
