Lol, actually, I almost had two altercations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Crazy drivers for sure!
We are from Frankfort, KY. We got married in Bar Harbor 8 years ago and are up for our anniversary. Beautiful place, but the drive sucked!

Following up on the above - I went for an overnight campout in the north GA mountains this weekend. After dodging the pumpkin patch, corn maze, and apple orchard traffic I made it off pavement and onto the forest service roads.

The tent worked well. Easy setup since I'd spent the time figuring it out at home. I really liked that I didn't need to move my stuff out of the bed. I also liked that it worked with the tonneau folded up; it gave me a gear shelf of sorts with plenty of room for my feet to be under it.

It ended up raining during the night and everything remained dry inside even though the fly doesn't cover the entire body. This design would be problematic though if you had to get in or out of the tent while raining; if expecting an ongoing rain plan on figuring out a supplemental fly of some sort to cover the door area.

All in all I'm very pleased with this tent. Especially for the price I paid.

Thanks! Check out SuperRim.com. I also have an applique panel on the tailgate (not pictured) and they make a front bumper cover with built-in LED accent lighting, but i could not use it due to the Southern Style Offroad Slimline Hybrid bumper being used.

I'm very happy with it. Slight rubbing when turning into driveways but I haven't got it aligned yet. Hoping that resolves the issue.

Go to that web site I listed, they list 1/4" thick plastic mesh I was going to get the smallest hole size sheet then trim it down to match the back side of the SR grille then glue it in place with super glue should last as long as the grille does. The grille is black and so is the plastic mesh should be a good match. I'll post pics when I do it.

I'll posts some more shortly - it's in the shop being aligned presently. They come painted with a satin/matte black finish and they have already saved me from a door ding getting in and out of it on our shop's lift.

    No rush!
    Thanks.
Thinking about just doing this with some matte black vinyl.
Follow the contours of the bottom of the truck. I think it'd look good with a black truck, cheaper and with some added security. Especially without mudflats..

    Any water issues after this?
Ive replaced my alternator already and my starter was effected but "fixed" for now.
Misfired once or twice since a good clean. Stater is definitely under water there.
