    OP, I have my covers being shipped to the Wet Okole Honolulu store, so why am i going to be charged $70 for shipping instead of the $30?

    I havent made the order yet, but even though i put the wet okole address as the "ship to" i am getting charged 70 as opposed to 30. So i continue, and then call wet okole or youre saying to call before i place order?

    Call wet okole honolulu and ask if they are going to refund you the $40 difference. Let me know what they tell you.

    $70 shipping is expedited shipping. There is a place to tell them 30 or 70 shipping when ordering. It defaulted to 30 when I ordered mine........Why would there be any shipping at all if you are picking up from their store?


    Oh yeah, got mine ordered - $472 shipped for 2 rows with map pockets on back of fronts, no logos, no nothing else.

    The only options i have for shipping are UPS and hawaii express, both of which are $70. I dont see any $30 options. So what did you put under "ship to" or what might you have done differently for it to give you a $30 option? Are you even in hawaii?

    Nope, not in HI....just started with vehicle type and went thru form and clicked on what options I have on seats and what I wanted as far as covers, went to cart, added promo code from email, saw it remove 20% from total, went to check out and it had $30 standard and $70 2-day as shipping options.

    Place your order online then wait couple days then call the Honolulu store and let them know your order number and tell them you want to pick it up at the Honolulu store and they will credit you back the money.

    You're not shipping to hawaii. Thats why you had the $30 option.
    The issue being addressed here is that it costs $70 to ship to hawaii, but OP's original post states $30 if you ship it to wet okole store. Which isnt given as a price option during checkout. So the question was if wet okole would repay the $40 difference after it has already been ordered.

    So yeah, made in Costa Mesa, CA so that's why I have 2 shipping options. So much for being a Hawaii company. So here's next question.....If you live in Hawaii and you push the Hawaii resident button or call the 808 number to order to save on shipping that is on their home page, the shipping is still $70? or did you not do it that way? Maybe it matters?
