Well, I would still want to buy bulk since it is cheaper. I can get 300 caffeine pills for $15 :notsure:. Make a non-buzzed pre and pop them together or just mix it up...I think I would end up taking it together everyday anyway...just might be annoying having to break each pill open to dump it in my batch

    5g beta alanine
    3-5g creatine
    5g citrulline malate
    10g bcaa
    400g caffeine

The pills are tabs so just eat one with the pre

Also you can get about 600 caffeine tabs on Amazon for 10.00

I have it calculated in that same spread sheet. It comes out to about $.70 per serving so about $22 for a 32x(day) batch. Keep in mind though. I put double and some cases triple the amounts of some ingredients vs pres like C-4, Hyde etc. and one of the most expensive items in there is the BCAAS and L-Citrulline DL-Malate 2:1 (NO) which most don't have. so even if you cut my cost per serving in half to even be somewhat comparable then it would equal about $.35/serving or $11/32 days (months worth). I know they add other ingredients but since I don't care about crap proprietary blends and other garbage it just doesn't count in my book lol.

Snake oil IMO. But I do grub on candy this time of year because I am a fat. It just so happens to be post workout. I wouldn't put too much stock in it.

I split my Creatine & BCAAS in half....so I take half that is mixed in with my preworkout and when I get back to my office I take the other half with my shake.

I think Beta Alanine is my fav ingredient of all preworkout ingredients. love the stuff and it is cheap!

If I knew it wouldn't kill me or any other adverse effect I'd put 10g in there. I love it too. I have a bag of unflavored I add two scoops to my Hyde when I open a container

I don't like BCAA, and I also was under the impression they were primarily post workout (I have since googled my theory incorrect). My Whey mix does have some BCAA included though so I don't go out of my way to add anymore to my supps. The last time I took a specific BCAA I had a nose bleed so I swore them off at that point...

Well I'm hoping my love of cherry is more than the rest of ya'll. I have lowered my expectations already :pout:

Yeah BCAAs have just been a little science project to me honestly. Never have purchased them before or used them other than in proteins since they are naturally occurring in them. I really haven't been able to tell if they have any significant affect on my performance, I mean they are supposed to help with protein absorption etc but IDK could maybe be worth it for pros and body builders but I haven't seen any results personally that will justify me purchasing them again after I run out. That being said I have a HUGEEEEEE bag of it so I'll prob be having them in my preworkout for at least another 6-8 months haha.

    Hi,
Been a while since getting back to this thread. Creatine, and many supplements i find you miss when you ditch it. When using the product i don't really FEEL a big difference but with creatine the biggest difference is recovery and muscle endurance on WEIGHT! that HEAVY 5-7 rep range.

That's is one thing they are NOT great at. 7-10 days is not unheard of.
